Benefiting from the Rollei Lensball Ball is not only the ability to capture any mirrored environment. With a suitable lens, you can focus on a "subject in a ball" with a low depth of field, yet add background to the resulting image.
Tips and tricks for taking Rollei Lensball accessories
- Before using the ball, always clean the dust and fingerprints with a cloth of microfibre cloth
- Roll Lensball ideally on a smooth surface when shooting
- In-hand shooting is an ideal exposure time setting ranging from 1/250 to 2/125
- At low depth of field, work at shutter speed 2.8
- The recommended focal length is from 24 to 35 mm
- When shooting a stand, keep the ball away from the ball so that you do not reflect it
