The professional NIKKOR 24-70 lens has high aperture, standard zoom range and an ultra-sonic motor for fast and silent autofocus. The lens is designed for digital cameras and image quality in marginal parts of an image can rival fixed focal length lenses. The Nano Crystal Coating also reduces ghosting and flare for even greater image clarity.
The rubbery mount seal protects it from damage and allows lenghty shooting in harsh conditions. The lens supports instant manual focus (M/A), making the lens easily adaptable to the situation. The packaging includes a detachable hood and Nikon CL-M3 padded nylon case.

Nikon’s beginnings date back to 1917 in Japan. At first, the company mainly produced lenses - telescopes, binoculars, microscopes and other small, optical equipment. Soon the company expanded its portfolio, producing photographic lenses under the Nikkor brand.
In the field of cameras, particularly among professionals, Nikon quickly gained a reputation as a top manufacturer, which continues today. Its cameras were even included in the equipment of American spacecraft. Nikon designed and produced the legendary Nikon SP 1957, regarded by many as the best camera of all time.
