Marketing Campaign "Deal Weeks"

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   1. The Business Company, Alza.cz a.s., with the Co. Reg. No. 27082440 and VAT Reg. No. CZ27082440, with its office registered at Jankovcova 1522/53, CZ-170 00 Praha 7, registered in the Commercial Register with the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. 8573 (“Alza”) launches a marketing campaign called "Black Friday" (hereinafter referred to as “campaign”) from 9:00 on 16 August, 2021 to 23:59 on 29 August, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "Event Time"). These Terms and Conditions set out the rules and conditions of the campaign, which are available at www.alza.cz/EN/black-friday with Alza launching an advertising offensive on Czech TV and radio stations in connection with the Campaign.
   2. Alza draws attention to the fact that this campaign is subject to the conditions for the advertising communication as stated by Alza at https://www.alza.cz/EN/reklama-art10652.htm.
   3. As part of the campaign, Alza offers selected goods available at www.alza.cz/EN/black-friday, which can be purchased by the customer, but these terms are not binding nor are they treated as the conclusion of a contract.
2. DEFINITIONS
   1. In the campaign, Alza uses the term "availability" to determine which goods are in the campaign and when they become available, i.e. when a customer can order the good at the price specified in the campaign, whereby the customer acknowledges that Alza only has the specified number of items in question and that he or she can only receive one (1) piece of the particular preferential merchandise during the campaign. It is essential that the customer confirm the order of the goods in question when Alza has them in stock.
   2. Alza offers the goods in stock from the start of the campaign, and only during the campaign, but not once the supply of such goods sell out or the goods are removed from the campaign, whichever happens first.
   3. The products available are redistributed to customers in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Austria, Hungary and other European Union countries to which Alza supplies its products.
   4. Alza notes that it calculates discounts in the campaign from the original price of the goods. The original price means the price of the goods/service/license at which the goods/service/license in question was offered by Alza without taking into account any possible bonuses, marketing campaigns to promote sales and other discount promotions on the online shop operated by Alza, or the price non-bindingly recommended by the manufacturer or distributor, whereby the price that better reflects the price level of the product in question on the market will always be displayed.
3. ORDER
   1. When ordering goods offered in the campaign it is necessary to proceed in accordance with Alza's regular terms and conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the campaign.
   2. Goods in the campaign can be purchased no earlier than when the countdown timer ends which indicates when the sale of the item starts.
   3. Providing merchandise in the campaign for the discounted price, is contingent upon the completion of orders, rather than simply inserting goods into the cart. Payment must be made to confirm the order, and the campaign cannot be used together with any other price reductions or discounts that may have been previously provided by Alza
   • Customer acknowledges that if the orders placed during the campaign are not completed within sixty (60) minutes after adding products to your cart, the order is automatically cancelled.
   • Alza informs that the goods offered can change during the campaign.
4. DISCLAIMERS
   1. Alza is not responsible for any speed or transmission of data via the Internet.
   2. Alza declares that it is not liable for errors caused during transmission of electronic messages.
   3. Alza reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign or cancel the campaign.
   4. Participants are not entitled to reimbursement of costs associated with their participation in the campaign.
   5. Alza reserves the right to exclude from the campaign those customers who:
   • Fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the campaign;
   • Use a payment card of which they are not the authorised holder;
   • Commit an act in violation of the law and/or good morals and/or commit fraudulent conduct in connection with the campaign;
   • Provide false and/or incomplete information in the campaign.
   • In the event of a Participant's exclusion, such Participant shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages that may be incurred.
   6. These rules become effective on the date of their publication.
