A 2U high-utility dual-processor server packed with extra powerful and innovative hardware and designed for server racks. It is designed to provide maximum stability, energy efficiency, flexibility, and easy expandability. It delivers massive computing power, thanks to its support of multiple 12-core Intel Xeon E5 processors and richer RAM and HDD capacity compared to previous generations. Demanding business applications ensure its considerable performance is utilised fully.
The server is equipped with a quad-core Intel Xeon E5-2603 v2 processor. Its advanced architecture means more power at the same clock speed and optimised power draw. The server’s advanced 4 GB DDR3 RAM can be expanded with 24 slots and LRDIMM memory modules to up to 768 GB in total.
The server is equipped with Hot-Swap, which allows you to swap drives while the system is running and without having to reboot. Drives can be grouped into secure RAID arrays with a special controller and the storage capacity can be expanded to up to 8 SAS/SATA 2,5" hard drives with a maximum capacity of 12.8 TB. There are also PCI Express 3.0 expansion slots and a Gigabit network card with four ports. The components are powered by a highly efficient, Hot-Swap 550 W power supply.
