The new blade geometry facilitates pulling tight ax from the chopping block. The actual blade has two degrees of hardness - body standard 48HRC and 55HRC Blade in. Like other Fiskars axes, this model offers a perfect balance between the head and the handle for safe, comfortable and efficient use. The handle is also made of a material FiberComp, which makes the ax virtually indestructible. The ax is supplied plastic pouch for easy carrying.
