Light is continuous regardless of the shutter speed or FPS. The light uses 672 LEDs providing a highly stable light with a colour temperature of 5500K. Lighting these parameters are very close to natural light, and is therefore the ideal solution wherever you care to natural colours. It is thus suitable for recording video, but also for shooting portraits or macro photography.
Power is provided by two ways - either via conventional AC adapter or two batteries which are included and there is no need to purchase separately.
