The NEC MultiSync V652 public display monitor is the new flagship model in the V Series range. Its professional-grade construction contributes to a daily usage of up to 16 hours as well as an overall longer panel life.
Ultimately, it is the size and image quality of the 65” high-brightness display that captures the attention of your visitors, whether in shops, control rooms, or as a replacement projector in high-brightness meeting rooms.
It is also possible to pre-configure the display, even before its installation, via the innovative new Android App. The V652 is also equipped with a built-in near field communication (NFC) chip, saving on installation time and cost. It allows data to be read and written via intelligent wireless data transfer simply by holding an NFC-capable device, such as a mobile phone, close to the display. The FULL HD resolution 1920x1080 pixel display offers a precisely detailed image.
The power-efficient LED Backlight allows the PD V652 to reach typical brightness levels of 320cd/m2.
The panel is also equipped with an advanced programmable Ambient Light Sensor, which adjusts the brightness intensity, reducing power consumption and ensuring that brightness levels remain pleasing to the eye at all times.
The high contrast of the display perfectly emphasises the difference between light and dark sequences. DICOM support for medical applications makes the P801 extremely suitable for radiograph imaging. On the other hand, the excellent 8 ms response time comes in handy during fast-moving presentations with rapid transitions.
In addition to outstanding visuals, this high-end model further impresses with built-in stereo speakers operating on a power output of 2x10W. As such, however, they are unsuitable for larger rooms, which is why the manufacturer focussed heavily on connectivity options. These include an Output for external speakers, Audio Output Terminal, two Analogue Audio Inputs in the form of 3.5 mm jack connectors, and one HDMI Input Terminal for the simultaneous transfer of audio and video.
And like the vast majority of public displays on the market, the P801 includes the digital display interface DisplayPort, although it works just as well connected to a device equipped with a DVI-D or analogue D-sub interface. Moreover, the OPS Cable Free Expansion upgrades the display power at any time without the need for external cables or devices.
The display offers a wide range of management options. You can choose between the serial input or the remote control, or you might opt for a Ethernet cable via the RJ-45 connector. The NEC V652 also has an automatic alarm email feature, and it is possible to set a PIN number to protect the device against potential theft.
