The basic building material for the 3D printer is the print string. The cord in the printer is melted and is then accurately deposited in layers. The string, being made of solid high impact polystyrene (HIPS). Adhesion to ABS, HIPS is better than the PVA. The cord is supplied in 10 meter roll and has a guaranteed consistency of the material across the coil so that the results as accurate as possible. It has a diameter of 1.75 mm and the recommended temperature when printing is set between 200 and 230 ° C. It is used for printing on dvouhlavých 3D printers. One head prints the supporting structure of the PVA and the second model itself from ABS or PLA. After printing, the support structure is dissolved in water. Thanks to the constant diameter strings 3DW with a tolerance of ± 0.05 mm can take full advantage of the technological capabilities of your printer.
